CEO Web Designs ("we," "us," or "our") is a web design and development agency that builds websites, conversion systems, and automation tools for local businesses and growing brands. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website, why we collect it, and how we handle it.

Information you provide directly. When you submit our contact form or book a call, we collect the details you enter, which may include your full name, business name, email address, current website URL, and project budget range.

Scheduling information. If you book a call through the Calendly widget embedded on our site, Calendly collects the details you provide (such as your name, email, and selected time) under its own privacy policy.

Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting and network providers automatically log basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps for security and performance purposes.

We use a small set of trusted providers to run our business. Each receives only the data needed to perform its function:

• Vercel — hosts this website and processes standard server logs (including IP addresses) to serve pages and protect against abuse.
• Cloudflare — provides DNS, content delivery, and security filtering for our domain, and processes network-level data such as IP addresses in transit.
• Resend — delivers transactional email, including contact form notifications and replies to your inquiries.
• Stripe — processes payments for deposits, invoices, and retainers. Card details are entered directly with Stripe; we never see or store your full payment card information.
• Calendly — powers call scheduling through the embedded booking widget.

These providers process data under their own privacy policies and applicable data processing agreements.

We keep inquiry and client records only as long as needed to serve you, meet legal and accounting obligations, and maintain reasonable business records. You may request deletion of your information at any time (see Section 7).

Our site uses only the cookies and similar technologies necessary for it to function and for the embedded services above (such as Calendly) to operate. If we adopt analytics tools in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

We use industry-standard safeguards — including HTTPS everywhere, reputable infrastructure providers, and least-privilege access to client data — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data using reasonable technical and organizational measures.

Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
